    Fantastic stay at Okura Macau

    My recent experience was excellent! The staff were accommodating and friendly, with personalized services. The Beautiful Room offered amazing views, while access to the Grand Resort Deck kept our family entertained all day. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice getaway!

    The hotel's location was great, close to the water slides as well as the hot food area. It also was especially in the Water Park.

    Everything was superb and met the criteria. The offered breakfast was great and included variety of options. The room I booked was fully-equipped and a nice size with access to the club lounge and soft beds, for instance.

    The kids loved the 350-ton white sand beach and the super fun water slides. The staff were also friendly.

    For dads, it would be great if there were more dining options for families.

    The staff were great! They had a nice surprise with a cake and wine for our anniversary.

    It certainly wasn't cheap, but still alright considering the experience.

    Clean room, friendly staff, the pool view from our room definitely won our hearts since we had kids with us and they provided awesome services plus free goodies every day.

    Swimming pool, comfortable room

    The stuff spoke English very bad, most of them didn't speak English at all, so sometimes it was hard to get information even from Concierge service who also didn't have enough Competence. There was not any taxi on Okura entrance and we had to wait too long or go through whole territory to another entrance where were a lot of taxi.

    New hotel, high class service, everything new, rooms good equipped with high technology things.

    Restaurants close at 23 00 - you can order to eat only in casino zone or in room service. It is pity because all restaurants are very beautiful and when you come to Macau - you don't want to sleep...

    It was a luxurious retreat, with convience at every step. I was impressed by the well connectivity of the hotel bus shuttle services

    A good proportion of staff did not speak english, which could be a little challenging as you would keep going back to the main reception/conceirge for everything
